About the Role:

This role will be responsible for overseeing the organization's commercial portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, optimizing resource utilization, and driving successful project delivery.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the identification, evaluation, and prioritization of projects within the assigned portfolio.

  • Develop and maintain the portfolio management framework, including governance, processes, and tools.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and manage strategic objectives and ensure alignment of projects with organizational goals using OKRs.

  • Monitor project progress, performance, and risk factors, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

  • Facilitate regular portfolio reviews and reporting to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making.

  • Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across projects to maximize efficiency and productivity.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance portfolio management practices and delivery capabilities.


Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in business, engineering or a related field (MBA, or equivalent).

  • Project management certification such as PfMP (Portfolio Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 is required.

  • Extensive experience in project, program or portfolio management, typically 4-6 years.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing portfolios and achieving strong returns.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
